Booking

Please contact us if you wish to make a booking.

A tentative booking will be held in our system for 14 days.

If you wish to confirm the booking, a meeting will be arranged to discuss your event and provide you with an accurate cost estimate. Following this meeting, you will receive a Venue Hire Agreement (VHA) and deposit invoice which needs to be paid and signed within seven days of issue.

A booking is only considered a confirmed event once the VHA is signed and returned to us and your deposit is paid.

Insurance

The Logan Entertainment Centre will always take every care, however we will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the centre prior to, during or after an event.

Organisers must arrange their own Public Liability Insurance of at least $20 Million, and are financially responsible for any damage incurred to the Logan Entertainment Centre's property.

Persons sub-contracted by the organiser or their agents must have public liability insurance and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Any damage to the Logan Entertainment Centre will be charged to you.

Frequently asked questions

How much is it to hire the Logan Entertainment Centre?
Room hire depends upon the number of rooms hired, duration of event and AV facilities required. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Can I get a discount to hire the Logan Entertainment Centre?
An approximate 20% discount off room hire is applicable to not for profit and non-commercial organisations. This discount only applies to hirers who can produce documented proof of this.

Do I have to set up the furniture for my event?
No. The set up and pack down of all tables and chairs is included in room hire fees. For catered events, all tables will be clothed and/or skirted. Room hire does not include chair covers and table decorations, however we can arrange this for you and include the price in your quotation.

Can I leave belongings / equipment in the venue and arrange for them to be collected at a later date?
No. We have minimal storage space and it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all personal belongings are removed at the end of your hire period.
