The LEC has its own ticketing box office.  We ticket all events at the LEC and can assist external customers with ticketing for their events.

The box office is open 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 90 mins prior to ticketed performances outside this time.

How to Book

Three simple ways to book a ticket for a show.

ONLINE

Our online box office offers a safe, secure credit card booking facility. Our automated online seating allocation will select the very best seats available at the time of booking or you can select your own seats using our interactive seat selection map. You can then request to have your tickets emailed to you in the form of an E-ticket which can be printed out or shown on your mobile device; have your tickets held at the box office for collection or you can request your tickets be posted to you for an additional $4.00.  All online transactions incur a $3.00 booking fee.

Tickets can be booked over the phone 07 3412 5626. Box Office hours are 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 hour prior to door times for all ticketed events. A $6.00 booking fee applies to all phone transactions. In addition to this a $4.00 fee will apply if you request your tickets be posted to you.

IN PERSON

Book your tickets over the counter at LEC, 170 Wembley Road, Logan Central, we are open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm and one hour prior to door times for all ticketed events. For performances outside of normal office hours, the box office will close 20 mins after the performance has started.

LEC Child and Infant Guidelines

Logan Entertainment Centre’s in house child and infant policy is applicable for children aged 2-12 years inclusive. Children under two years of age will generally not be required to purchase a ticket and in these cases the child will not be allocated a seat and must be seated on an accompanying adult’s lap for the full duration of the event.  Some events do require children under the age of two to purchase a ticket. In this instance a ticket must be purchased as per the standard ticketing terms. Please refer to specific show guidelines for child and infant pricing, which can be found on the event page. 

LEC Concession Guidelines

Full time secondary and tertiary students undertaking Austudy, Abstudy or Queensland TAFEs, universities and other approved educational institutions are eligible. Student cards must be shown upon entry to the auditorium.
Pensioners holding a current valid Pensioner Concession Card or Queensland Repatriation Health Gold Card issued by Centrelink or Department of Veteran's Affairs are eligible for concession tickets.
The 'Health Care Card' issued by Centrelink is not accepted.
Seniors holding a Queensland Seniors Card are eligible for concession fares.
Holders of a Queensland Seniors Business Discount Card are not entitled to concession rates.
Logan Entertainment Centre does accept Companion Cards for selected performances. The Companion Card must be presented at time of booking or the Companion Card ID provided.
A valid concession card must be presented upon entry. 

Ticketing Terms & Conditions 

Please ensure that the correct ticket and performance are selected before finalising your transaction.

  1. Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or thevenue where held.
  2. Tickets may not be refunded or returned after purchase.
  3. The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists/activity as necessary.
  4. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the programme.
  5. The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
  6. Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules.
  7. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
  8. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such event, the patron will abide by all refund or cancellation policies, as applicable.
  9. Ticket exchanges are only available within the same performance or within performances of the same production. An administrative charge of $4 per ticket will apply to all ticket exchanges. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability at the time the exchange is processed and must take place in person at the LEC box office by the patron who purchased the tickets. All original tickets must be handed to the box office before new tickets can be issued.

By entering a LEC event, you consent to LEC’s use of content for promotional purposes. Parent and guardians also consent on behalf of their child. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed for these purposes, please advise staff. 

Fees:

A $3 fee will apply to all online transactions.

A $6 fee will apply to all phone transactions.

A $4 postage fee will apply to all tickets that are requested to be posted.

How can I purchase tickets?

All tickets are booked through the Logan Entertainment Centre Box Office via online,by phone or in person. The LEC Box Office also provides ticketing services for events held at other venues other than the LEC.

Where is the Box Office?

The Box Office is located in the main foyer of the Logan Entertainment Centre.

When is the Box Office open?

The LEC Box Office is open, Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm and 90 mins prior to ticketed events outside of these hours.

Is there a transaction fee for ticket purchases?

Yes. A transaction fee applies to the purchase of tickets through the LEC Box Office. This fee applies per transaction regardless of the number of tickets purchased and irrespective of the ticket price for that event. The transaction fee covers the base costs associated with the provision of ticketing services for LEC bookings made online, over the phone or in person at the LEC Box Office. The transaction fee supports the provision of LEC's ticketing services and ticketing administration including but not limited to the human and digital resources and development of those resources to consistently deliver and grow the efficiency of ticketing services. The transaction fee is always detailed separately to the ticket price so that ticket purchasers can see this transparently. Online transactions incur a $3 fee whilst phone transactions incur a $6 fee.  There is also an additional $4 postage fee should you request your tickets be posted to you.

Can I choose my own seats online?

Yes. LEC has interactive online seating plans. When booking seats online, you will be able to choose your own seats for selected performances. In the case that online seat selection is not available, you will be allocated the next best seat available at your time of booking. Our automated, online Box Office is connected in real time to our Box Office ticketing system and can be used on mobile devices.If you require assistance with seat selection, please call our Box Office on 07 34125626 between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and one of our friendly Box Office staff can assist you.

Can I book my tickets and pay at a later date?

No. All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. We cannot hold seats without payment.

Can I process group bookings online?

Yes. Group bookings are available online. There is a minimum of 8 tickets per booking to qualify for the group rate. School Group Bookings can be made by downloading the form in the Education section or by phoning the Box Office on 0734125626.

Can you accommodate wheelchair and limited mobility customers?

Yes. Logan Entertainment Centre can accommodate customers with wheelchair and limited mobility needs. Please contact the LEC Box Office on 07 3412 5626 to discuss appropriate seating for you. Unfortunately online bookings cannot accommodate your needs, as the online system selects the next best seats available, without taking into consideration disability or mobility access.

Can I move or exchange my tickets once I have purchased them?

Yes. Ticket exchanges are only available within the same performance or within performances of the same production and not for tickets of a lower value. An administrative exchange fee of $4 per ticket will apply to all ticket exchanges.All ticket exchanges are subject to availability at the time the exchange is processed and must take place in person at the LEC Box Office, by the patron who purchased the tickets. All original tickets must be handed in to the Box Office before new ticket scan be issued.Patrons will need to pay the difference in price, if an exchange is processed for a ticket type or performance of a higher value. The administrative exchange fee will be additional to this.

Can my tickets be posted out to me?

Yes. If you chose so we can post your tickets for a postage fee of $4. Tickets purchased more than five (5) working days prior to the event will be posted out to you. Any tickets purchased within five (5) working days prior to the event will be held at the Box Office for collection. Identification will need to be presented at the Box Office on collection.You can also opt to collect your tickets at the box office or chose the E-Ticket option that allows you to print your tickets at home or show on your mobile device.

What do I do if I have lost my tickets?

Please contact the Logan Entertainment Centre on 07 3412 5626 to report your lost tickets. Tickets can be reprinted, but will need to be collected in person from the Box Office. Identification will need to be presented at the Box Office on collection.

Can I take food and drink into the show?

Yes. Any food or drinks purchased onsite from the LEC kiosk, Lounge Bar or Limelight can be taken into the show. Outside commercial food and drink is not permitted in the venue.
