Ticketing FAQ

How can I purchase tickets?

All tickets are booked through the Logan Entertainment Centre Box Office via online, by phone or in person. The LEC Box Office also provides ticketing services for events held at other venues other than the LEC.

When is the Box Office open?

The LEC Box Office is open, Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm and 90mins prior to ticketed events.

What are LEC Children and Infant Guidelines?

Logan Entertainment Centre’s in house child and infant policy is applicable for children aged 2-12 years inclusive. Children under two years of age will generally not be required to purchase a ticket and in these cases the child will not be allocated a seat and must be seated on an accompanying adult’s lap for the full duration of the event.

Some events do require children under the age of two to purchase a ticket. In this instance a ticket must be purchased as per the standard ticketing terms. Please refer to specific show guidelines for child and infant pricing, which can be found on the event page.

What Concession cards does the LEC accept?

Full Time Secondary & Tertiary StudentsStudents undertaking Austudy, Abstudy or Queensland TAFEs, universities and other approved educational institutions are eligible. Student cards must be shown upon entry to the auditorium.

PensionersPensioners holding a current valid Pensioner Concession Card or Queensland Repatriation Health Gold Card issued by Centrelink or Department of Veteran's Affairs are eligible for concession tickets.
The 'Health Care Card' issued by Centrelink is not accepted.

SeniorsSeniors holding a Queensland Seniors Card are eligible for concession fares.
Holders of a Queensland Seniors Business Discount Card are not entitled to concession rates.

Companion CardLogan Entertainment Centre does accept Companion Cards for selected performances. The Companion Card must be presented at time of booking or the Companion Card ID provided.

A valid concession card must be presented upon entry.

Can I choose my own seats online?

LEC now has the function for online seat selection. When booking seats online, you will be able to choose your own seats for selected performances. In the case that online seat selection is not available, you will be allocated the next best seat available at your time of booking. Our automated, online Box Office is connected in real time to our Box Office ticketing system.

Can I process group bookings online?

YES. Group bookings are now available online. There is a minimum of 8 tickets per booking to qualify for the group rate.   School Group Bookings can be made by downloading the form in the Education section or by phoning the Box Office.

Can you accommodate wheelchair and limited mobility customers?

Logan Entertainment Centre can accommodate customers with wheelchair and limited mobility needs. Please contact the LEC Box Office on 07 3412 5626 to discuss appropriate seating for you. Unfortunately online bookings can not accommodate your needs, as the online system selects the next best seats available, without taking into consideration disability or mobility access.

Is there a transaction fee for ticket purchases?

All online bookings incur a $3 transaction fee.

All phone and box office counter bookings incur a $4 transaction fee.

Can I move or exchange my tickets once I have purchased them?

Ticket exchanges are only available within the same performance or within performances of the same production. An administrative exchange fee of $4 per ticket will apply to all ticket exchanges.

All ticket exchanges are subject to availability at the time the exchange is processed and must take place in person at the LEC Box Office, by the patron who purchased the tickets. All original tickets must be handed in to the Box Office before new tickets can be issued.

Patrons will need to pay the difference in price, if an exchange is processed for a ticket type or performance of a higher value. The administrative exchange fee will be additional to this.

Will my tickets be posted out to me?

If you chose so, the yes we can post your tickets.  Tickets purchased more then five (5) working days prior to the event will be posted out to you. Any tickets purchased within five (5) working days prior to the event will be held at the Box Office for collection. Identification will need to be presented at the Box Office on collection.

You can also opt to collect your tickets at the box office or to Print@Home.  Please make sure you download the PDF ticket with a barcode to print.  You can also show this PDF on your mobile device at the door, as long as the barcode can be scanned.

What do I do if I have lost my tickets?

Please contact the Logan Entertainment Centre on 07 3412 5626 to report your lost tickets. Tickets can be reprinted, but will need to be collected in person from the Box Office. Identification will need to be presented at the Box Office on collection.
